A LOT of errors

Hi! so i was testing some stuff with openbullet 2 and some proxies. i walk away from my PC, and I come back an hour later to this: image
What does that mean? how do I fix it? my proxies (likely) work. they are from zenum.

edit: In the console I see this a few times
