I tried Click Then Send Keys but Not Working , Any Solution?

most of those textboxes have another hidden input above them that you can send the keys to that one and it will format it and fill it to the one you are trying to fill

Its possibly inside an Iframe.

If you notice in the sites source that the textbox is a child of an iframe you can change to that frame before sending the text
