install an antivirus and do a full scan of your PC.
do well to uninstall any non trusted software or app running on your PC…
you can check running apps on task manager to stop suspicious processes…
Right click on the process and click on “open file location” and remove the suspicious .exe from your PC…
you can google the name of the file just to be sure it is a safe file before acting upon it…
also in task manager, go to the “start up” tab… most viruses may register as auto startup apps… you can track them from there… disable them and then delete the .exe files.
a good antivirus or anti malware may be the best solution for your case.
also enable 2FA on your email and accounts.
