When you create a job you can set up proxy sources, just add a remote proxy source.

The proxy ban time is not going to be considered since you set reload. It only works with unban, but unban will not query the remote API. So in your case setting proxy ban time is useless. Put a much higher periodic reload time, 320 seconds is too low.
