It means you’re using a vpn or a non-transparent proxy when you’re making the request, try without.

VPS’s are usually hosted in huge datacenters. Usually 1 server box is shared across users and you get your own instance in a VM.

Just add the IP of your machine you have OB2 running on to the whitelist (or add an exemption) on the site you are connecting to.
