OpenBullet 2 - Release 2.0.0

Hey people,

It’s been a long time since the last announcement ^^’ I hope everyone is doing fine.

The new 2.0.0 release of OpenBullet 2 (a.k.a. finally out of beta) is out. You can refer to the official docs site for the installation instructions.

Please don’t use your current updater to download the new version, but go grab the latest one (you can find the download button in the docs or you can go to the release page on GitHub directly).

You can find the full changelog here, but for a brief summary, here are the most important changes:

  • Upgrade to .NET 10 and self-contained binaries (no need to install .NET yourself anymore)
  • Refactored and improved the performance/stability of a lot of stuff, most importantly around the parallelizer used in jobs
  • Added support for curl-impersonate as HttpLibrary option in the HTTP Request block, to spoof JA3 fingerprints (credits to the author)
  • Added support for Playwright, reworked browser blocks and added ghost-cursor through my own C# port of the original library
  • Added an MCP server so that you can hook up your AI coding agent and make it create and debug configs, while having access to purposely-crafted docs it can reference to learn about LoliCode, blocks etc. (docs here)
  • Fixed a bunch of issues with the web client and made the UX better

As usual, this version has been tested already but if you find any issues / regressions please don’t hesitate to open an issue here. This time, I will be more active and address them in a timely manner.

Stay awesome,
Ruri
