Job Monitor(Action->Set the relative time start condition to) Not working

I tried testing Job Monitor a bit and noticed that (Action->Set the relative time start condition to) Not working, when I enter a given period after Job validation it only displays (Set Relative start condition of job X to 00:00:00)
