Is it possible to combine to config and run at same time?

For Example :

i made config for 1 site and made 2nd config for another site , so i want to combine them in 1 config and check ?

i dont want such condition like if else that i already aware of , select 1 to check this select 2 to check this not this type.

mean both config should work at same time ,

Ruri delete this post , later i also realize it not much important, only can make time taking…better to make single -single.
