I can't make openbullet 3.0 or 3.1 remote

I’m not finding the .json file or any other file that allows me to change the openbullet ip:port within my VPS. This way it is only working on localhost:5000.

If anyone is going through the same, please help me.

When i try to run the command it shows command not found

I am in the folder where i have the OB2 i will run it, it says its listening to Localhost:5000
but i have the OB2 on my VPS server so i cant use locahost, is there someway to access the web ?
