Backers of the crowdfunding campaign have access to a bot that pre-compiles the code to a DLL. This can then be obfuscated to achieve a decent amount of security. The format is the same (.opk) but when editing the config, you will only be able to edit the metadata and settings since the code itself is compiled and cannot be changed through OB2 itself anymore.
As I explained to you in DMs, this feature is only available for backers, you need to wait for the next crowdfunding and then pledge the required amount to access it.

Hello, there’s no such thing as a paid version of OpenBullet 2. You cannot currently get this feature, it was reserved to backers during the crowdfunding events, and it’s not a different version of the program, it’s something outside of the program. If you’re interested, you can wait for the next crowdfunding event.

No, sorry. Absolutely no clue, probably for some big feature though
