hello so my domain has a proxy applied to it(using cloudflare ofc 0_0) but i dont think the problem remains in this because even after doing the port fowarding i tried accessing ob2 but didnt work so i tried with my public ip(no proxy ofc 0_0 its public directly) but still didnt work but when i do it locally its pretty much fine. 
ps and edit : i have nginx proxy manager installed but am not sure if it affect something cuz i tried the public ip directly wich is unproxied and not only the ob2 5000 port that doesnt work even the portainer containing my docker stacks and containers doesnt work if i dont access locally this is really weird
edit again XD : so after a long time of research i discovered that using my domain with proxy doesnt work with the port and when i disable proxy it works fine and now the public ip works fine after i fixed some docker containers interferances but withthe domain(proxied) it doesnt work
well now everything okay bc am so dumb i forgot that cloudflare allow only specefic ports behind proxy for more information its here
