Error of running OB2 in VPS

I have downloaded the Openbullet in a vps windows!
i installed the ASP NET of 5.04 and the runtime etc…
i download the latest OB2 version from github but the software not working, if i make double click, nothing happened just a popup of cmd display for 0.2 secondes and it closed

Please follow the installation instructions carefully.
You need to install the .NET 6 SDK (not .NET 5 as you are doing) for the latest version of OB2 to run.
