I don’t know, it always had its downtimes, maybe they have problems. Can you confirm their API is working in any other way? (e.g. with a manual http request to get the balance using OB2 itself via request block, following their api documentation).

Also you could try to use the “CustomTwoCaptcha” option and set solvecaptcha.com as the host. Maybe it works.
