That error is just some js failing, it shouldn’t be the cause of the issue you’re facing. There must be something else.
I too got these errors in windows. Tried reinstalling dot net / even a fresh windows machine same issues. Finally i have stuck a linux virtual machine on - got everything up and running - And the result is the same lots of errors
It looks related to proxies as it fails then says “cant reload from proxies from unknown location”
How are you importing your proxies?
