I still use Open Bullet 1, so I have only:

  • Standard
  • BasicAuth
  • Multipart

I added RAW in OB1 around version 1.2.0 or so, you’re on an outdated version. Last official version is 1.2.2 (there are other modded versions around which have an even higher version number but they might still be outdated with respect to 1.2.2, just because any modder can put whatever version number he wants).
