What happens if you make the request manually from the same IP, for example through the browser? Is your IP banned by proxyscrape by any chance?
i dont think my ip is banned cos proxyscrape work but on terminal i see that errors…
Does it work if you copy-paste the URL used in the terminal (the one with api.proxyscrape.com) in your browser and download the file that way? Because the server that serves the website might not be the same as the one that serves the proxies via API.
