Is it possible to generate a client_secret from a client_id in oAuth?

The only data I can work with are these:

b52a6fe21523d135f490d0b1d2c4b72d - MD5 Response from a Success
Fixed client_id = SJsuCdusx8********RLr3vE

The next sequence is a POST request:

redacted/api/v3/oauth/access_token?code=b52a6fe21523d135f490d0b1d2c4b72d&grant_type=authorization_code&client=non-web&redirect_uri=urn%3aietf%3awg%3aoauth%3a2.0%3aoob

The requires the following parameters:

client_id=SJsuCdusx8********RLr3vE&client_secret=ChmrMTV3dgdoj*****agrGEuN0ZvP

I’ve read here https://www.oauth.com/oauth2-servers/client-registration/client-id-secret/

And I’m losing hope. Is there a way for this?
