IF ELSE operator not working

image

When I use the if else operator it doesn’t work. I want when the keyword “ready” appears in the source, I will do an if. But it does not execute the statements in the if, but executes the next statements. (Simply put, it skips the if else statement and executes the commands below). How to fix?
