How to Fix Error "Only one usage of each socket address is normally permitted"

I get this error when bots are 200+ and cpm is 6k-8k+. And CPM becomes extremely slow. Please don’t tell me I have to enable Safe Mode. This is not the solution. (I am using rotating proxies.)

I tried it on 3 different computers. I think the issue is related to Openbullet @Ruri are you using any cpm restrictors?

It’s socket exhaustion, your PC ran out of available ports and so the http clients cannot establish a connection. You need to go slower or distribute the work across multiple PCs.
