how to add new captcha service on RLSettings

There is already a request to add it, I’ll get to it eventually, don’t expect anything soon
hey nopecha is added but it’s not working properly. my credits are reducing when i try to run the config but getting timeout error after 3-4 minute. didn’t get any captcha id or key
