Can't access new 0.3.0 web remotely

Hey so I found a bug I believe in the new 0.3.0 when I have it running on my RDP and try to access it from RDPIP:5000 it doesn’t load and the port isn’t open however on 0.2.4 it works fine accessing it remotely.

For anyone else run openbullet2.web.exe --urls "http://*:5000" and it will work!
