All proxies are banned

i have a issue. Config works fine on my friend and doesnt ban proxies but when i go to job it all proxies are banned.(i used same settings).

After that i tried diffrent settings like concurrent use ,never ban proxies etc. but still same thing happens.

Go into the config stacker, on right hand pane, and put a proxy IP in there along with test data and see what its actually getting returned.
